Pia is very worried for Tara, but Saloni assures her that everything will be soon all right. Soon, Bhabho arrives and informs them about the religious ceremony which is scheduled for the next day. Pia tells Bhabho that she has specially come for that ceremony as she has been longing to participate in this ceremony since her childhood. Saloni is surprised and asks Bhabho about the ceremony. Bhabho tells her that it is a special religious ceremony observed in their family by only married women. In the ceremony, married women fast for the longevity of their husbands. While everyone is busy talking, Rukma overhears them. The next day, Urvashi meets Tara and subtly makes her eat a biscuit. Later, Tara gets shocked when Bhabho informs her about the ritual. She feels bad as she has eaten a biscuit and hence, she cannot observe fast. Bhabho chides Urvashi for making Tara eat. Urvashi meets Tara and pretends being ignorant. She tells Tara that she was unaware of the ritual. Later in the evening, Saloni, Aditi and Pia break their fast. Everyone is surprised when Urvashi arrives and expresses her desire to participate in the religious ceremony. Brijesh allows her to participate, but soon Tara intervenes and throws the urn from Brijesh's hand. Brijesh is shocked as Tara confronts Urvashi. Tara tells Urvashi that she could not observe the fast because of her. Urvashi is also shocked and later meets Tara and apologises to her. She assures Tara that she didn't meant to hurt her sentiments. Tara realises her mistake and apologises to Urvashi. However, Brijesh is very angry with Tara, but Saloni manages to pacify him. She tells Brijesh that Tara is not well and he should spend some time with her, much to Urvashi's chagrin.
